Job Requirement:


We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 5 years work experience in restaurant management, proficiency in spoken Chinese as an important asset. We are seeking someone with a strong management background in hospitality industry, someone who has shown stability and loyalty to their previous employers. It is our goal to hire someone who is willing to work under pressure and over time in a fast growing company.


 


Main job duties:



  • Manage daily restaurant operations

  • Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff

  • Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Recruit and develop the restaurant team, keep a high level of employee morale

  • Schedule a staff of more than 20 employees and monitor their work performance

  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll

  • Provide incentives to drive sales and maximize budgeted revenue

  • Control inventory, verify costs and inventory are at proper targets

  • Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team

  • Contribute to development and implementation of food and beverage marketing

  • Identify target customers, build relationships with corporate clients

  • Provide guidance for promotion campaigns via social and traditional media

  • Ensure restaurant’s compliance with all health and safety legislation


Wage:


Minimum $32 per hour.  Salary commensurate with the applicants’ experience.
